Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for making the vehicle safely and lawfully accessible, disclosing known damage or modifications that may affect the work, keeping children and animals away from the work area, and checking the agreed result when the work is completed. Do not attempt to force keys, locks, doors or ignition components while waiting for an assessment.
